This week, the autumn is like winds coming now suddenly. The weather is colder than any other days. But I still love play game in outside, in order to keep health.

The Left Handed Callaway Diablo Edge Irons provide increased distance without compromising feel or performance. The lower, deeper center of gravity (CG) makes the sweet spot more accessible and is in line with where amateurs most commonly hit the ball on the clubface, generating longer, consistent distance and improved accuracy. Like all other manufacturers of golf clubs, Callaway Golf has always developed new golf iron with new technologies, the longest stainless steel irons that they have never created before.

Working The Ball - Fade, Draw, High, Low

Although at times it seems like the golf ball when hit chooses its own flight path, this is not true the ball only responds to how it was hit. Was it hit by a square, closed or open club face, was it hit with 21 degrees or 34 degrees of loft, was the club head traveling at 80 miles per hour or 100 miles per hour. It is really all a matter of physics.

What if those different ball flights and the conditions that created them could be controlled? The good news is they can, and once you know how to create the exact ball flight you need for the shot at hand, you have many more weapons at your disposal to put the ball where you want it. The better news is it only requires small variations of the your regular full golf swing to create these shots.

These are the nine different ball flights you would want to know how to create;

Straight with normal trajectory, this is the shot you want to use if there is no trouble to avoid, you just need the ball in the middle of the fairway. Straight with higher than normal trajectory, this shot could be used if you had some obstacle, such as a tree you wanted to go over.
Straight with lower than normal trajectory, maybe you need to stay under some branches, or you want to keep it lower going into the wind.
slight movement to the right, highly skilled players who use this shot can control how much it moves to the right. Possibly the pin is on the right side of the green, you might want the ball to start at the middle of the green, but work to the right.
A fade with a high flight, might be used if that right pin placement is behind a front trap.
A fade with a low ball flight, how about trees with low branches in front of you and the fairway or green to your right.
Moving to the left this is called a draw, (again for a right handed shot) not to be confused with a hook, the draw is a controlled movement to the left and is said to produce the most roll.
A draw with a high flight, now the pin is to the left and tucked behind a sand trap.
A draw with a low flight, same scenario as the low fade, only you need to get to the left.

You see these shots attempted every week on the pro tours, not always as planned. Some of the players are not adept at creating all of these shots, those who are have more weapons to choose from.

Investing the time and practice necessary for learning to execute these shots as needed will make your game better and lower your scores. You will have much more confidence in your golfing ability, and be part of an elite group, not many recreational golfers are skilled at working the ball effectively.

Golf Etiquette: A Very Important Part Of The Game

If you are a novice golfer you need to be aware of the importance of golf etiquette within the Official Rules of Golf. For the inexperienced player, golf etiquette can be a minefield so it pays to get to grips with the appropriate way to behave if you want to remain welcome on the course.
Golf etiquette 1
If you book a tee-off time ensure that you arrive punctually at the first tee, and do not take practice swings on that or any other tee, always take them to the side of the tee.
Golf etiquette tip #2
Always stand to the right of a player taking a shot and never directly behind. Do not get ahead of anyone who is playing a shot.
Golf etiquette tip #3
If you take a divot replace and always repair pitch marks on the green.
Golf etiquette tip #4
If you think a ball may be lost get used to playing a provisional shot so you do not have to return to the tee. If the ball is lost, you are allowed five minutes to look for it but do be aware of people playing behind you and, if necessary, allow them to play through.
Golf etiquette tip #5
Keep up a good pace when walking between shots so as not to hold up play. If a gap opens up between your group and the group in front of you then be prepared to call the players behind you through if they are having to wait for you.
Golf etiquette tip #6
If you land in a bunker rake it when you have finished. If there is no rake available then use your clubhead.
Golf etiquette tip #7
When you are playing up to a green make sure the players ahead of you have finished putting and are well clear of the green. Never put your bag or cart on the green but leave them to the side, preferably near the point at which you will leave the green to get to the next tee.
Golf etiquette tip #8
Never tread on your opponent’s putting line and if you have to mark the position of your ball do so by placing a ball marker or coin directly behind the ball (unless it will interfere with another player’s line, in which case mark it to the side) and always replace your ball exactly where you picked it up from.
Golf etiquette tip #9
When tending the flag hold it so it doesn’t flap in the wind and make sure you do not cast a shadow over the hole. Lift the flag out slightly so that you can remove it with ease as soon as your opponent has struck his putt. When you have finished on the green exit it quickly and do not stand around marking your scorecard.
Golf etiquette tip #10
If you hit a ball that looks like it might hit somebody or if you hit it over trees towards another fairway that you can’t see you must always shout “fore”. If you hear another player shout “fore” do not stand there looking around to see if the call was for your benefit, just cover your head with your arms and crouch down to make yourself as small a target as possible.
Golf is a fantastic sport and if you follow these guidelines you shouldn’t go too far wrong so just go out and have a good game!

Pettersen sets Irish record

World No.3 Suzann Pettersen ofNorwayand Dewi Claire Schreefel of theNetherlandsled the Ladies Irish Open by a stroke when Saturday's second round ended prematurely.

Heavy rain and thunder and lightning at atKilleenCastlecaused play to be suspended at 6.10pm with golfers still out on the course. They'll return at 7.40pm on Sunday to complete their riounds.

A stunning course record nine-under-par 63 took Pettersen to the top of the leader board at 10 under par early in the day.

Her round included seven birdies and an eagle at the par-five 12th hole, but it could so easily hasve been a 59 according to her playing partner, Christina Kim.

Pettersen, 30, won the 2008 title at Portmarnock Links and is playing Left Handed TaylorMade Burner Superfast Driver 2010 this week to qualify for The Solheim Cup, which will take place at the same venue from September 23-25.

With her performance, she will have put a smile on the face of the European team captain Alison Nicholas when she heard that Pettersen had said: "I'm now in a position where I can automatically qualify."

She was also fairly happy with her Left Handed TaylorMade Burner Superfast Driver 2010. "I would have taken ten under total when I teed off this morning. The conditions were perfect, hardly any wind and I just figured out a few adjustments from how to play yesterday because it was a lot firmer on the bounce than it was last year," she said.

"I made an eagle and then missed a six footer for eagle on the next par five, so it could easily have been two; but it can always be a few less."

Schreefel, looking for her first victory on the Ladies European Tour, ended her round just before the suspension of play and had seven birdies and one bogey in a 66.

The 25-year-old, who lives in Santa Monica, said: "I'm very happy. I played Left Handed TaylorMade Burner Superfast Driver 2010 pretty good and made the putts for birdie, so it's good.

"I haven't played this course very much. This is the first week, so I felt comfortable after yesterday and I felt comfortable after last week because I played well at the British. I played my Left Handed TaylorMade Burner Superfast Driver 2010 and you've got to hit the ball in the right spots and you're going to have opportunities."

Azahara Munoz, the world no.50 fromSpain, finished a stroke back after a solid second round of 68, containing five birdies and one bogey.

Sweden's Maria Hjorth, Irish-born Alison Walshe from theUnited StatesandEngland's Melissa Reid were in a group on eight under along with South African Lee-Anne Pace with a hole to play.

England's Laura Davies finished at seven under, while Lisa Maguire, the 16-year-old amateur from Cavan, is the leading Irish player at five under par after a 68.

Her sister Leona will have two holes to play when the second round action resumes and she sits on one over par, just inside the projected cut mark at two over.
